  • This quaint, turn of the century home is walking distance from downtown Colorado Springs & Memorial Park (Prospect Lake), less than a mile from the Olympic training center, & Penrose/Memorial Hospital & roughly 15 minutes from Fort Carson, the airport & the Airforce Academy. With all the architectural charms of it's 1901 age, and the updates necessary to make this abode truly comfortable, it's a perfect home away from home. The adorable decor and functional amenities make this a great find.
