About this property

At Catamount trailhead. Secluded. Game Room. Pet Friendly

  • This house is perfect for a large family vacation. It is 10 minutes to Woodland Park and 15 minutes to Colorado Springs. We are 200 yards from the famous Catamount trailhead, 400 yards from a beautiful waterfall and access to miles of local trails. Featuring a wrap-around deck with mountain views, a Roku and smart TV, game room with foosball table, three large bedrooms and a designated workstation.

    Within walking distance of downtown Green Mountain Falls which includes restaurants, a bar, a distillery, coffee shop, trout fishing and more. Dogs under 50 pounds welcome. Please message for more details.

    Please Note:
    - October to May we can have winter weather. We recommend 4-wheel or all wheel drive year round. The weather in Green Mountain Falls can be very different from Colorado Springs and even Woodland Park.
    - There is no access to Green Mountain Falls via Uber or Lyft.
    - The house has two off-street parking spaces. Per Green Mountain Falls regulations, there is no street parking on this road (for emergency vehicle access).
    - We are located in a forested area. Fire is a very big threat. Please be very cautious with grill and do not throw out cigarette butts.
    - There is no A/C. However, we are located at 8,000 ft so it stays relatively cool.
