Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly recommend the Kippal.

This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, there is world class snorkeling right off the resort's beach, and a gorgeous infinty pool and a tranquility pool to relax in. Staff wil deliver food and drinks anywhere you ask them to. Don't miss the delicious and creative cocktails at Le Cap, especially the frozen ones with local mezcal. This is the third time in three years we have visited, and we will go back again.

After standing in a line for over an hour at 7am we managed to get one dinner reservation at 5.30pm during our whole 5 day trip.
