Attention! Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and claims for damages. No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid. Payments received are considered minimum compensation for non-compliance with the following rules:<br><br>1. Compliance with the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. These can be found on our website as well as in each apartment.<br>2. Neither the main entrance door nor the door to the rented apartment may be left open.<br>3. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.<br>4. Guests must show absolute consideration for other residents of the building and neighbors.<br>5. Trash must be sorted.<br>6. Smoking, loud talking, or inappropriate behaviour is also prohibited in the courtyard, on the terraces, balconies, and in common areas.<br>7. Every guest must register with us using their ID card. This must be done by email or WhatsApp, including the booking number, no later than at check-in. No one other than the registered guests may remain on our premises or enter without authorisation.<br>8. A confirmed reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the event of a cancellation, the guest must pay the full amount of the total price at any time.<br>9. The landlord always has a special right of termination if the rental of the property is prohibited for any reason whatsoever—in particular due to legal provisions—and/or if special circumstances make the rental unreasonable, within 24 hours of becoming aware of such circumstances. In such cases, the rent already paid will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, and the remainder will be refunded to the guest. <br>10. In the case of a brokered reservation for apartments that do not belong to Muhsin Bayar, you acknowledge that this constitutes solely a brokerage service. No contract is formed at any time between the guest and Muhsin Bayar.
