  • Send 2 rooms 38 m² attic apartment in a quiet 6 parties house. Apartment is well suitable for fair visitors, tourists or for mechanics. The apartment is located on the edge of Leverkusen to a nearby forest where you can walk well, go jogging or cycling. Shops can be reached by car in less than 10 min. After Cologne or Dusseldorf you are minutes in about 30 minutes. Motorway access to A 1 or A 3 you do not need 10 minutes. The apartment has been modernized in 2014 and is the newest standard. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment. Wireless Internet is available as well as TV in living room and bedrooms.
