Great staff, decent breakfast, comfy beds, good bathroom with hairdryer and warm shower. Good space to store luggage and luggage contents (clothes etc.) Only drawback was that there was no kettle in the room but overall a great stay for a good price!

Nice hotel but poor service

The room was nice and cozy but the beer at the bar was disgusting and the waitress never gave a menu and didn’t understand basic English. The A/C didn’t work but the complaint never addressed

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil es ziemlich nah an der Lanxess Arena liegt und ich für ein Konzert in Köln war. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Es war eher klein, aber ausreichend. Das Badezimmer war etwas merkwürdig aber sauber. Für Kurztrips ist es empfehlenswert. Für längere Reisen wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas unkomfortabel.

Alles super, bis auf das Badezimmer.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, am Zimmer an sich nichts zu beanstanden. Leider aber im Zimmer starker beißender Geruch aus dem Toilettenrohr, der das Benutzen des Badezimmers sehr unangenehm machte. Dagegen sollte dringend etwas unternommen werden.
