About a 15-20 minute walk to the center. When booking it said that the hotel is smoke-free, but it's very obvious when going up the stairs that people smoke there due to the very strong smell of smoke.

My family refused to stay in this hotel, as after booking we realised it appeared to be an asylum hotel and parking did not appear to be safe, cancelled booking and still got charged - TOTAL RIPOFF!!

So when i arrived noone was there and noone send me e-mail about entrance instruktion.( number of room and code) So iˇtake and payd enother hotel for two nights. When i send e-mail to accomodation they do not help me and send me instruction for check in next day! Blow me over

Nettes, kleines Hotel im Herzen von Deutz, nur 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Messe/Deutz und auch zur Stadtbahn. Demnach super gelegen. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett lag sich super, die Dusche war heiß und kraftvoll. Eine Gratisflasche Mineralwasser stand bei der Ankunft bereit, eine nette Geste. Der digitale Check-in und Check-out funktionierten bestens, sodass wir keinerlei Probleme hatten. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Wir würden wiederkommen. Einziges Manko: im Bad roch es sehr streng aus dem Abfluss neben der Toilette, das sollte behoben werden.

Unterkunft war vom Bahnhof aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den nah gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man zielgerichtet zu Ausflügen starten. Günstig wäre auch ein Preisrabatt mit einem anderen Cafe in der Nähe günstig, welches schon vor 8 Uhr öffnet. Die klappbare Kofferablage war defekt bzw. schief/stark verbogen. Das Fenster war nicht richtig im Rahmen verankert, drohte herauszufallen, klapperte extrem bei Wind. Unter dem Bett wohnten viele Wollmäuse. Es war pro Person nur ein Duschtuch vorhanden.

Nettes kleines Hotel, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man hat wirklich alles versucht, um es so modern wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein- und auschecken war super einfach online möglich, Türen lassen sich per Handy öffnen. Mich hat etwas gestört, dass das Doppelzimmer nicht über ein Queen Bett verfügt hat, sondern zwei kleinere Matratzen. Und das Waschbecken im Zimmer statt im Badezimmer war nicht so toll. Aber wie gesagt, man hat sich wirklich alle Mühe gegeben. Obwohl die nächste Eckkneipe nicht weit weg ist, war das Zimmer trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gerade für einen kurzen Aufenthalt übers Wochenende oder zu einem Event in der Arena um die Ecke wirklich top.
