Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es keine hoteleigene Toiletten. Wenn man beim Frühstück auf Toilette muss, muss man auf sein eigenens Zimmer gehen. Wenn man bei Ankunft muss und das zimmer noch nicht frei ist, muss man in das dazugehörige Brauhaus um die Ecke. Finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so gut gelöst. Die Sitzbänke im Frühstücksraum sind mehr als abgenutzt. Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit bester Lage

Familiengeführtes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Köln. Bessere Lage gibt es nicht um Köln zu entdecken. Sehr herzlich uns hilfsbereit. Zimmer der Altstadtlage entsprechend eher klein aber völlig ausreichend.

部屋は本当に狭いですが、値段が安いのでこんなものでしょう。歯ブラシやシャンプーなどのアメニティ、コーヒーセットも何もなく、冷蔵庫も空です。私の滞在中は朝食付きで、接客の女性は親切だし味も良かったです。アクセスもよく、テイクアウトできるインビスもあるので、観光目的の旅なら十分です。

Bra, prisvärt hotel med toppenläge

Bra hotel med mycket bra läge nära Kölnerdomen / Hauptbahnhof i Köln. Perfekt för mig som pendlade med tåg till mässa i Düsseldorf. Bra service, standard och frukost. Mitt rum var litet, ca 9 m2, dock för litet för en längre vistelse, men OK för mig för 3 nätter. Enda negativa var att rummet var mycket lyhört, men med hörselproppar var det ändå OK.

Very clean rooms

Booked a single room and a lovely receptionist Toby upgraded me to a double room. Rooms are very small but very very clean. And the staff were brilliant especially Toby. Would definitely stay here again

Preis-Leistung stimmt

Hotel ist sehr zentrumsnah. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war recht klein aber sehr modern. Die Betten waren für uns etwas hart und die Kissen zu klein und zu weich. Aber für eine Nacht war alles o.k. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Man bekommt für das Sion-Brauhaus einen Kölschgutschein. Leider war es bei uns geschlossen. Das Frühstück geht voll in Ordnung.

für uns genau das richtige. Zentrale Lage. Man kann die Innenstadt kennen lernen. Was uns nicht gefallen hatte, ist die Coronasache, aber das geht ja jeden so. Wir haben uns an die Masken pflicht gehalten. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht.
