Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Ferienwohnung - zum wiederholten Mal

Wir waren in den Herbstferien '22 zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Und wieder hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung bietet alles was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht: mehr als genügend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei nicht mehr ganz so kleinen Kindern (11 und 13), alle Dinge für das tägliche Leben zu viert, eine gute Lage um wiederholt mit dem Fahrrad nach Bonn zu fahren, eine gute Internetanbindung um im Homeoffice zu arbeiten und eine unkomplizierte und prompte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Positiv: - Geografische Lage, ideal für Urlaubsaktivitäten auf beiden Rheinseiten - Schlafzimmer Negativ: - Ekelerregender Geruch im Bad, vermutlich aus der Kanalisation. Vermieter versucht erfolglos, mit chemischen Beduftungsmaßnahmen dagegen anzukommen. - Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig - Küchenausstattung alt und vom Billigsten Insgesamt ist das keine Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlfühlen und unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen. Für zwei Drittel des Preises wäre es eine akzeptable Unterkunft. Für den von uns gezahlten Preis erwartet man deutlich Besseres.

Die Wohnung war erstaunlich hell. Einige Ausstattungsgegenstätte hätten zahlreicher vorhanden sein können (Handtücher, Teelöffel, fehlende Suppenkelle). Die Zufahrt auf den Hof erfordert sehr gutes Manövriervermögen.

Lage top, alles vorhanden was man braucht

Es gab ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, die aber schnell geklärt waren. Zum Beispiel waren nur vier Betten bezogen, obwohl wir für fünf Personen gebucht hatten. Das lies sich schnell klären, auch, weil der Vermieter immer zeitnah geantwortet hat. Die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig, was wir persönlich adressiert haben und ebenfalls schnell Antwort bekamen. Wir haben noch folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge gemacht 1. nicht nur eine Lampe am Elternbett, sondern auf beiden Seiten, auch an den Betten oben wären Lampen gut. 2.mehr Handtuchhaken im Bad. Vorschläge von anderen Reisenden waren umgesetzt, z.B. waren Rollos an den Fenstern. Der Vermieter schien sehr bemüht und dankbar für unser Feedback. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Parkplatz für Ausflüge ins Phantasialand und nach Köln durchaus zu empfehlen.

Sehr grosser Appartment mit guter Kuechenausruestung.

Der Apartment befindet sich oben, einige Stufen zu nehmen! Grosses Wohnzimmer und seperate Kueche (alle Sachen sind da zum Kochen) mit grosser Tisch (6 Pers.). An vieles ist Gedacht um es den Leuten bequem zu machen, sogar Seife fur die Geschirrspulmachine. Sehr bequemes Appartment mit gutem Ventilator im Schlafzimmer (im Obergeschoss).

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Fahhrad-Distanz zur Bonner Innenstadt

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung zu viert eine schöne Woche im Bonner Umland (Troisdorf-Bergheim) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist erkennbar erst vor Kurzem renoviert und auf einen aktuellen Stand gebracht worden. Sie liegt schön ruhig und bietet einen guten Komfort. Herauszuheben sind das schöne Bad, das Elternschlafzimmer und die wirklich gute und stabile Internetanbindung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war wunderbar: immer prompte Reaktion und völlig unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Sehr angenehm! Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 Minuten in der Bonner Innenstadt. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr gut und auch mit Kindern gut zu machen. Gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für Auto und Fahrräder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

toll gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir waren wohl mit die ersten, die diese Ferienwohnung genutzt haben. Die Wohnung war nach intensiver Nutzung durch 4 Handwerker an Stellen verschmutzt, die die Putzkraft wohl nicht erwartet hatte und ein paar Sachen funktionierten noch nicht, aber die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappte gut und es wurde prompt auf Anfragen reagiert und die Sachen abgestellt. Sobald sich das eingependelt hat, sollte in dieser Hinsicht alles klappen. Die Wohnung liegt super gelegen, wir sind fast täglich in den Siegauen und am Rhein spazierengegangen, Brötchen gibts 100m vom Objekt weg und Lesestoff am Bücherkasten an der Kirche. Das zweite Auto stand bis zum Rheinhochwasser am Siegauenparkplatz 200m entfernt, ein Platz ist direkt im Hof. Die gut eingerichtete Küche haben wir in den 4 Wochen ausgiebig genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung für Erkundung des Siegtals und Bonns

Die Lage des Objekts ist optimal. Man ist nach 100m in der Natur für einen kurzen Spaziergang und erreicht Bonn mit dem Auto unter 15 Minuten. Der Bäcker ist auch nur 180m entfernt. Bedingt durch die baulichen Gegebenheiten in der Straße ist allerdings ein gewisses fahrerrisches Können gefordert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Bezug auf Technik und Sanitäranlagen überdurchschnittlich. Es ist alles vorhanden (und noch mehr) was man braucht. Die jetzt angesprochen kleinen Mankos lassen sich sicherlich schnell abstellen und sind daher lediglich als Vorschläge für eine Verbesserung gedacht: - Es wäre schön, wenn einige der Geräte (insbesondere das Smart-TV) eine Anleitung oder im Falle des TVs zumindest eine Senderliste hätte. So war es schwierig zu bedienen und wir konnten z.B. nur öffentlich rechtliche Sender sehen. Dank Air-Play war das für uns aber kein Problem. - Die Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln. Hier würde ein Plissee o.ä. sicherlich helfen. - Die nicht technische Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein (z.B. Schere, Brotmesser, Eierbecher u. Löffel, ...). - Die in der Beschreibung angekündigten Gewürze bestanden nur aus Salz. Wir haben diese überschaubare Sammlung zumindes um Pfeffer erweitert. Und zu guter Letzt: Der Vermieter ist sofort erreichbar und reagiert im Minutenbereich. Das ist schon beeindruckend und hinterlässt ein gutes Gefühl.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

An sich eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so ganz toll. Was ebenfalls ein wenig unschön war, dass an einigen Stellen, Kabel aus der Wand geschaut haben (wenn auch ordentlich zusammengebunden und somit ungefährlich) oder im Bad keine Abdeckung über der Wasseruhr und den Absperrhähnen. Hier sind einfach Löcher in den Fliesen. Wenn das noch abgestellt wird, ist das eine absolut tolle Ferienwohnung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir durften in der Unterkunft drei Tage genießen. Beste Lage für Fahrten nach Köln, Bonn und Brühl (Phantasialand). Check in und auch Check Out war völlig problemlos. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und für Familien mit zwei Kindern optimal. Kurz um: alles wunderbar und jederzeit gerne wieder.
