Ski Chalet by the Beach
Ski Chalet and Beach Retreat in one! With only a short 7 minute drive to Blue Mountain, its a skier/boarders dream! In the summer months you are only a quick 5 minute drive to Northwinds beach, 7 minute drive to Sunset Point Beach, and 20 minutes to the famous Wasaga Beach. This stunning home is located in a sought after neighbourhood surrounded by the beautiful greens of Cranberry Golf Course and the Georgian Trail, perfect for golfers, hikers, bikers, snowshoers, and cross-country skiers. The house comes fully furnished (although, furniture shown will be replaced with other tasteful decor) and screams ski chalet, it is plug and play. Everything you need is here. With a cozy backyard escape, you can enjoy your morning coffee or a night cap after skiing or golfing by the fire. The house is 2 bedroom and has a fully finished basement with 2 more beds. The master comes with an ensuite and walk-in closet. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining with an open concept layout. Ski locker at the front door makes for easy storage of your equipment. Facilities in the neighbourhood include a community centre with a gym and pool.
