"The area looked a little sketchy but it was fine. Rooms were big , clean and nice. Staff was warm and helpful. The homeless outside the windows were just sleeping. The rate for holding your bag was 15 per bag and 50 early check in. A little ridiculous. The vending machines were empty."

"Excellent stay and a fantastic property. We only stayed one night but the staff were amazing and the room was comfortable, clean and like the rest of the property had a great vibe. Gated parking and a delicious breakfast were great bonuses too. If ever back in Detroit again it will be where we stay!"

"The place was mostly clean, but the couch was crumby and there was a bag of frozen fruit peels, crackers, and I don’t really know what else in the freezer which was super strange. Other than that though, it was great! I could tell linens were clean. It was a great location and a good amount of space for the price. We did get a parking ticket for “not parking within 6 inches of the curb” so be very mindful of your parking if parking by the building. There was some late night noise a few nights, but we expected that with booking that location. Would definitely stay here again! The host was SO communicative and helpful!!!"

"The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed for a business trip (included an iron and ironing board). The kitchen had everything we would need if we decided to cook. It was clean and comfortable. Parking in the street was no problem, the neighborhood seemed nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."
