Beautiful apartment with great views

The house is well located for many possibilities. There are enough hiking, sailing and sightseeing opportunities. The house is modern and offers every Comfort. A dishwasher would certainly make sense for a longer stay. The terrace and the large balcony are great. Children have enough space to play. We would definitely come again. C., F. and their son are warm and take great care. Gracie Mile!!!

Perfect hide away in a rainy week

We loved the quietness and beautiful property with olive tress and fruit trees. The houses are beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Colico is about 20min by foot which made us use our car regularly. We still loved the remoteness and silence at night. The frontyard is big enough for kids to play. Claudia and Fabrizio are super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We can definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy the northern part of lake como incl. Valchiavenna.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Es gibt zwei Terassen. Von der oberen hat man die tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt nicht ganz im Zentrum. Man erreicht den See aber gemütlich zu Fuß in ca. einer halben Stunde. Die Stühle für den Außenbereich könnten komfortabler sein, sind aber wie beschrieben und abgebildet.

Im großen und ganzen gut

Das Haus sieht auf den Bildern größer aus als es ist. Für 4 Personen wäre es mir zu eng, für 2 Personen ist es perfekt. Im Haus wird es bei warmen Temperaturen sehr heiß, ohne Ventilatoren wäre es nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Haus sowie die Inneneinrichtung sind ok. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten allerdings über 30-37 Grad im Haus da es keine Klimaanlage gab. Nachts war ein Durchschlafen fast unmöglich und auch am Tag konnte man sich nicht drinnen aufhalten. Wir können das Objekt nicht empfehlen.

Familienurlaub am Comer See

Die Unterkunft ist toll am Hang in Colico Piano gelegen. Es gibt eine Terasse nach vorne (morgens Schatten, abends Sonne) und nach hinten (morgens Sonne, abens Schatten), sodass man zu jeder Zeit das findet, was man möchte. Zudem ist die Unterkunft umgeben von einem tollen Garten, der zum entspannen einlädt. Von der Unterkunft aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolle, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Alles Top

Alles perfekt, nur der Ton des Gasmelders hat etwas gestört. Der Vermieter war aber auch hier äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist allerdings auf der etwas verschlafenen Seite der Comer Sees. Zu den üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es ein gutes Stück Autofahrt.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Besuch. Haus und Garten sind sehr schön, gepflegt und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Dachterrasse ist Abends ein Traum. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, etwas weg vom Zentrum und dem Stand. Man kann diese Distanz laufen wir sind dann aber nach einer Weile aufs Auto umgestiegen. Das ist dort aber kein Problem, Parkplätze gibt es genug. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir haben 2 tolle Urlaubswochen in Colico verbracht. Empfehlenswert ist die Versorgung mit Anti-Mücken-Mitteln sowie die Mitnahme von Fahrrädern, um gut und schnell ohne Auto zum See und Hauptplatz am Bootsanleger zu kommen.
