"Housekeeping was excellent. Top quality shampoo/lotions. Super comfortable bedding and pillows Beautiful lobby, famous carousel bar, friendly staff, extra plus with rooftop bar. My room did lose electricity and I had to shower in the dark Sunday morning and could not see to apply makeup. Reported at 6:30 AM, they were still working on it when I departed at 10:00. "

"The property is in a great location! The trolley stop is right out front, and Magazine St. is a short walk (a few blocks). There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is more of a coffee and bagel stop. Although there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt available, I wouldn't call this a buffet under any circumstances. The staff is fantastic - even though we checked in late, there was staff available at 1a to let us in and let us in our room. With airlines being so chaotic lately, we truly appreciated this service. Throughout our 4 days stay we had exceptional service from every member of the staff. Front desk was professional and hospitable. Housekeeping was very kind, and we even had a maintenance tech come up once and they were so polite and professional. I would stay here again and again!"

"The hotel overall was amazing! My room was cleaned every day which was so nice to come back each night. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for “a private event” every day and night of my stay. Mind you, there was never anyone or anything happening at the pool. When I asked the front desk, they just said they would have management follow up but I never heard anything back. The staff was super friendly and really made the stay. If you are looking for a pool, maybe book elsewhere. "
