- It is a superb new villa of 2000 ft² with 3 air conditioned bedrooms - 3 bathrooms, Living room with American kitchen - terrace with private infinity pool, maintained twice a week - 6 sun loungers and a pergola .
also 2 additional common swimming pools within the community.

This Villa is a new construction in a new subdivision and is located in Indigo bay near which is located halfway between Philipsburg (Dutch side capital) and Simpson Bay (heart of the nightlife).
It has a beautiful sea view with cruise ships passing from time to time day and night
At the bottom of this villa on the beach is a very good restaurant on the waterfront (see on Google Maps) Cay Bay Bay (Indigo Beach)
This Villa is located 10 minutes from Julienna Airport - 5 minutes from Simpson Bay with many restaurants and shops
