"I was very well looked after on a one night stay. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very kind and I enjoyed a delicious indian meal in their restaurant."
"It was a nice and convenient place to stay for the night. Some of the other guests were decidedly noisy in the early hours but that is sometimes the case.

"Nice room with large ensuite. Only stayed 1 night but room was quiet and very comfortable.
20 mins walk to main centre.
Only bad thing was roadworks and diversions everywhere but not property's fault!"
"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."
"Fabulous traditional country hotel with excellent accommodation and top notch food options. Very convenient if you're intending to walk to Flatford Mill where the Haywain was painted - it's a 45 minute walk alongside the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even managed to find me the right sized Alan key to unscrew my camera's battery compartment!
Very Highly Recommended"

"Excellent customer service. Comfortable and clean "
"Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out.
Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants.
Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots)
Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan.

"Our Family Stayed for 3 nights! What a pleasure to stay somewhere so friendly and accommodating! Family room was ideal for us and our 2 young boys! There were toys available to keep them busy whilst we got settled in, rooms were clean and a lot of things were considered for comfort and practicality! We appreciated how laid back everything was, there was lots of space for the kids to move around and their play/sandpit area was a massive hit! Staff were so friendly and happy to help! There was lots of choice at breakfast and standard of ingredients and meals overall was fantastic! :) will be staying again! And would recommend for other families! :)"
"Excellent stay again. Staff very friendly. Lovely food. The hotel was really busy as they had two weddings during our stay. The cleanliness however was not up to its previous standard. "
"Located behind "Kind of Spice" so type that in when looking for this place. No lift in the annex building, which is where our room was (2nd flr). Otherwise, kind staff and clean rooms. Complimentary bottles of water at the FD, just ask. Breakfast selection was fantastic; you can pay the night before and save 4bucks compared to the day of. No dinner service, but the bar is open in the evening from 5:30- 10:15pm. "King of Spice" (curry) is right around the corner, so we had dinner there instead. NO a/c. -JB from Cali"
