Access to the room is by stairs only, so the space may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please also note that the floor-to-ceiling height varies throughout the space; therefore, this room is not recommended for individuals taller than 1.65 m. We wish you a wonderful stay! The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There are bus stops on the street, with several lines, and the Coimbra train station is 1.5km away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) is a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from the property, and Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon) is a 2-hour drive. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
