"Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am."

"Couples Sans Souci is a beautiful, peaceful resort with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would say it caters more toward mature couples looking to unwind rather than those seeking nightlife, partying, or lots of activities geared toward a younger crowd. That said, there are still enjoyable activities on the property, including sailing. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend Sans Souci for couples looking for a calm, intimate, and relaxing getaway."

Beautiful Vacation home in the heart of Ocho Rios

"Stayed 5 nights in this beautiful, modern home with my two young adult children. The property is located in a gated community with security, in an absolutely stunning, quiet neighbourhood.The property was spotless and spacious. Every amenity or utensil you could think of was provided, which really helped us feel at home.Communication from the host was excellent throughout and check-in was smooth. The booklet with recommendations for local beaches and restaurants were a lovely touch.The main challenge during our stay was the indoor temperature. We were advised shortly before arrival that the AC is eco-controlled and should not be adjusted. In practice, this made it difficult to keep the house cool, especially as the climate remains hot, even in the nights. The AC also switched off automatically at times, particularly overnight in the children’s room, which disrupted sleep. This significantly affected our overall comfort.A couple of minor points: the bathroom taps only ran warm/hot, and a couple of the mats (in the main bedroom and living area) could do with a refresh or removal as the floors are warm.Guests should also be aware that quite detailed instructions are shared shortly before arrival and again at checkout, which may feel overwhelming after a very long flight.Overall, we would recommend this lovely property for its comfort, cleanliness, and great location, but improvements to temperature control would make a meaningful difference to the guest experience."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
