A short drive to Cocoa Village or the beaches-our historic guest house is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing escape, romantic getaway, holiday stays, beach trips, taking in rocket launches, or a place to stay prior to a cruise etc; Our thoughtfully appointed space will make for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. (Please note there are 2 steps to the bathroom and 2 steps to the bedroom) BEDROOM The 'Indian River Guest House' offers 1 bedroom with memory foam king bed and cotton linens. BATHROOMS We have 1 Full bathroom-with a tub/shower combo. Bath towels provided. WIFI & TV The 'Indian River Guest House' has WIFI and a 'Smart TV' which gives you access to streaming apps such as: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc. KITCHEN It comes equipped with full kitchen amenities, farmhouse sink, butcher block countertops-brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, French Press, Keurig, toaster so you can prepare your own farm-to-table meals with fresh food from local Rockledge Gardens Farmers Market or nearby grocery store.
