The Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. The 2 televisions had Roku program access. The 2 bathrooms were fine. The woodchip BBQ and charcoal BBQ worked ( but required some cleaning). Not Good: Access to the house required driving on an unpaved, dusty, bumpy road . The neighborhood was not upscale and was across from a line of trees which concealed a highway. The pool was much smaller than pictured, Kitchen appliances worked but were fairly old. Same for the "eclectic collection" of dishes and utensils. ##### Arnold F. Cooper's house had all the amenities needed! From kitchen utensils, towels, cups, plates to the BBQ area that also included a "smoker" that provided outstanding dishes of chicken! Cooper provided excellent communication both before our arrival as well as during our stay.
