#### Location, location, location
The condo was the cleanest of any of our previous rentals. The host was very gracious and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The location is terrific with a great beach and easy walking distances to many very good restaurants. Tony let us know there is no ocean view even though it is listed.

By far the best month in Cocoa Beach that we have experienced in our 4 years of renting there. The condo was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. All amenities have been thought of. Tony was so pleasant to deal with. He responds quickly to questions and accommodates your requests. Year round residents in the complex are welcoming and friendly. Beach is beautiful. Unit is conveniently located with an easy walk to restaurants, Library, Post Office etc. A true winner!
