It is a new, gorgeous, well-equipped condo with the beach just out the back door. We also appreciated the extra security measures and having indoor parking and storage for our beach gear and golf clubs. The Condo complex is small and has a mix of full-time owners and renters. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. The beach area is empty in front of the condo but close enough to hit the busier shopping/restaurant areas of Cocoa Beach and beyond.
