The Space:

Just fifty steps from the sand, this ground-floor condo puts the ocean practically at your doorstep. Salt air drifts through the space, and a quick stroll gets you down to the water for sunrise walks or lazy afternoons in the sun. It's an easy home base for soaking up everything the Space Coast has to offer.



Living space

Sunlight fills the common areas, catching on the modern furniture and chic chromatic decor throughout. Settle into the loveseat or couch and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV after a day at the beach. Everything here is brand new, from the furniture to the appliances, including a dishwasher, so the space feels fresh and ready for your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

You'll find one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with ample closet space to unpack and settle in. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a late night by the water, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for added comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at your own pace, with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, so there's no need to pack your own. A breakfast bar seats four, perfect for a quick meal before heading out for the day.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity with extra storage tucked into the adjacent closet, keeping your toiletries organized and out of the way.



Location

This condo sits within 400 South, an 8-unit aparthotel just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. You're across the street from a gated community and surrounded by million-dollar homes, with downtown a 5-minute walk away and the beach just 50 steps from your front door. Outside, you'll find a private, fully fenced backyard with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill, plus beach essentials like towels and snorkeling gear ready for the day. Cool off in the shared outdoor pool, heated and open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, or charge up at the on-site EV charger. Free parking is available on-site, and pets are welcome for the trip.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
