Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs and 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

Great location & Great Place

We enjoyed the location. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and balcony! Beautiful views and close to everything. The rental place is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We loved staying at this condo in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee eveey morning. It waw decorated so cute and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous ocean view with big balcony. Husband loved the recliner & big TV. He also loved parking car in garage so it wasn't hot inside anytime we went somewhere. Had a little issue with keypad checking in but Deanne was immediately available to help remedy the issue. Lots of great restaurants close by.

My husband and I had a great time in Cocoa Beach and the condo was great! Very clean and very accommodating, exactly as described! Every place we wage was good and Wildside Tours gave us a great dolphin expedition. Would recommend a stay here!

Nice oceanfront condo. Enjoyed waking up each morning to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Restaurants were in walking distance. Would stay again if we were to come back to the area.

This property is fabulous! Clean, comfortable, all the conveniences of home. We stayed here 1 week and wished it would have been 1 month. So many things to see and do. Each morning started with a gorgeous sunrise viewed from our balcony.

You Can't Get Closer To The Beach

Fantastic location facing the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Steps away from the beach! Convenient off street parking and underground parking. Deanne was a pleasure to work with.

Stove and oven were great, once we learned how to use them. The TV system was a little challenging for someone that still has satellite TV. The host was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the location, close proximity to all we needed, especially the beach.

A Christmas to Remember

We needed a good place to be for Christmas and it was wonderful! So clean and modern. Our host added cute Christmas touches and advised us of Surfing Santa event. Amazing beach view from our balcony. Watching Space X launch and seeing full moon from the balcony were added bonuses.

What an amazing place!

We booked this stay last minute after Hurricane Helene devastated the area of Longboat Key where we were supposed to stay. Wow! What an impressive place! From the moment you walked in the front door it was amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean, quiet, everything we could need or want was there in the condo! Comfortable furnishings throughout and the view is astounding!!!!! Just a quick walk to the beach and it was just amazing!
