Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation? Look no further - Cocoa Beach Club 233 has it all! This beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom two story condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. Relax and unwind on your private balcony with direct ocean front views!

The first floor features an in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen that is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The open floor plans leads you into the spacious living room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and a view of the ocean with balcony access!

The second floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Both bathrooms are spacious and have showers!

The condo is very centrally located right near the Pier - with restaurants and activities within walking distance. There is also a large heated pool and putting green right at the complex to enjoy.

There are tons of activities and attractions very nearby including the Cocoa Beach Pier (0.1 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Historic Cocoa Village and Disney/Orlando airport is only 45 minutes away!

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets (cats or dogs). No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

This is our third year staying at Cocoa Beach Club. Great views and lots to do in the area. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The host is very responsive to any questions.

Perfect getaway

The location was great! You can see the pier right from the condo. The pool was so nice and clean, the kids really enjoyed swimming! It was a nice quiet community. The condo had plenty of room, we had four people but you could have easily fit a couple more. The beds are all very comfortable, we all slept good ( and that is important especially while on vacation). We would definitely book again!

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit where the cleanliness, location, and layout could not be beat especially for the price. Although we live eleven hours away, we have a handful of units in the area to compare. It was stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The convenience to the beach and the pier is really why I booked this unit, but it checked all the boxes even more than I thought it would. We would certainly stay in this one again!

Good Place

Really liked the beach front and the layout of beds allowed us to get as many people as possible in the condo comfortably. The toilet in the hall bath was broken and we had to 'jimmy-rig' it. I don't like that we are expected to 'e-mail' the property manager when we need something. With other companies offering similar services you text back and forth which is much more convenient for the guests. I understand it's a pain for the property manager, but the experience should be about what's best for the guests and the property manager was not responsive to texts (next day replies). Overall, was a great stay and I liked that we didn't have to do much upon check out. Thanks!

Convenient location

Nice, clean condo that was perfect for my husband and me. The location was convenient to restaurants that we were able to walk to and pretty central to the places we like to go while we're in Cocoa Beach. Parking was very tight, especially if you drive a vehicle larger than a passenger car. Also, it was a little inconvenient to not have basic staples in the kitchen like coffee filters, spices, etc. If you're only visiting for a few days but like to do some cooking, you don't really want to buy lots of spices or foil/plastic wrap. That's a minor negative, but something that is helpful to have available. The shampoo, conditioner and shower soap dispensers in the showers were a big plus. We enjoyed seeing what cruise ships were in port while we were there and then seeing them sail away in the afternoon and early evening from our balcony. I also witnessed a missile launch, which I found out aren't as common as the regular rocket launches they do. The pool area is clean and roomy with plenty of lounge chairs, and the pool itself was warm and clean.I would definitely book here again!

Overall liked the property except the webbing in all of the dining room chairs were broken making them uncomfortable and roof shinges were falling off the building onto the steps, walkways and lawn. Just needs more proactive maintenance
