    This brand new and cool 3 bedroom beachfront condo is the perfect place for the family to relax:

    - A+ location - directly on the beach and beside the Cocoa Beach Pier
    - Spacious unit with 3 bedrooms (king, king, 2 double, queen air mattress) & 2 bathrooms
    - Completely new and upgraded.
    - Oceanfront heated pool, tennis courts and a private boardwalk
    - Enjoy a view of the ocean from the huge balcony which is accessed from both the living room & master bedroom
    - 4 big screen TV's
    - High Speed WiFi
    - Includes linens, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards & full kitchen
    - Free parking & elevator
    - Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

    Cocoa Beach Towers is a beautiful complex situated right on the beach and next to the Cocoa Beach Pier which is home to surfing, volleyball, fishing, restaurants and the Tiki Bar. Cocoa Beach Towers is a short walk to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and only 45 minutes from all Orlando has to offer (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Premium Outlets).
