When we first arrived there were a couple of issues that needed fixing (A/C and water heater weren’t working), but luckily they sent someone over and they both ended up being easy fixes. We enjoyed the rest of our stay and loved all of the conveniences that were included (full kitchen with basically all the utensils and appliances you need, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, beach/towels, things for the beach etc). We especially loved the use of the beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards - so fun! We also swam in the pool a few times and it was so nice that it was heated! This is a great little place to stay. Good little unit in a great location. It was too small for us for as long as we stayed but that was our issue as it states the sq footage. Comfortable beds , kitchen well equipped. we really enjoyed our stay. Cocoa Beach is beautiful.
