Great location right on the beach and nicely updated condo. Heated pool and hot tub were great for mid-March. Loved to watch the waves and ships go by from our balcony. Kitchen had all that we needed. Highly recommend eating at Hot Doggers and skip the bus tour at Kennedy Space Center (long lines) and go straight to the Atlantis exhibit and simulators at the main campus. Manatee Cove Park was great for seeing manatees in the wild. There were four of them right off the sand area just six feet in front of us.

The condo was bright and beautiful. It was wonderful waking up on the ocean. Melanie and Jaden gave us some great restaurant and other recommendations. My daughters and I had a great time at the Kennedy Space Center and we enjoyed our evenings in Downtown Cocoa Beach, which is adorable and so much fun! Thank you to our great hosts! We will be back!

We love this location at Cocoa beach. The unit was very spacious and clean. It's great having the pool and ocean front both. There was great communication leading up to our arrival. Highly recommended. Both times we have stayed at Sand Castle we have seen SpaceX launches. It was a wonderful vacation destination.

Definitely have to realize that this is mostly older folks & they watch every move you make when you check in. We were accosted immediately when we got there asking what “our intentions” are. Did not know it was anyone’s business why we were staying there. We are quiet people & were uncomfortable with being confronted immediately when we pulled up. Melanie was great & very responsive! Very clean place & great location. Please put soap in the dispensers. They all had a very watery substance in them

We stayed for 2 days prior to our cruise, and it was a great place to stay not far from the port and close to dining and activities. We liked being right on the beach and having a pool to cool off in. The unit was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and everything you need in the kitchen. Having beach chairs, toys, and games for the kids meant we could pack less. We will definitely stay again!
