  • This DIRECT OCEANFRONT penthouse unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.

This place is so beautiful! Location was perfect for things the teens wanted to do and the view is just breathtaking! The highlight was getting to see SpaceX take off right from our balcony!! Would definitely stay again.

Great place for families!

We loved the large and open space. The view was beautiful. We loved the pool and how warm it is- like bath water! The kitchen was well stocked as far as pots/pans, electric skillet, blender, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish detergent. One thing that would have been great is more beach items. The umbrella was broken so we were not able to utilize that and then additional beach chairs/ toys. We did purchase some and left them for future guests!

Easy check in. Shopping carts were a perfect assistance to move luggage/food to Condo.Beautiful view and spacious Condo for 3 couples. Nice each having our own bathroom.The floor was probably not washed as being barefoot lead to filthy feet.there was some mold in freezer and a cookie of sorts in the pan cabinet.I would rent again but feel cleaning fee should be less if it’s not clean when we arrive. My only negative. Thanks for the rental.

Too warm at night...

We really enjoyed this location, but the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough for a comfortable night's sleep. If people are used to 72-75 degrees at night, this is a great location. But if you are like me and need 68-70...this is not the place for you. Otherwise, this spot is perfect!

Didn’t Want To Leave!!!

This condo was ideal for my family of four and two friends. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone! Beautifully updated with some art deco touches in style with the building. We loved sitting on the huge balcony every morning and evening. The view of the beach, which is just steps away, is serene. Parking in the garage was easy. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, along with coffee and filters, snacks, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. We cannot wait to come back. Already planning my next trip! Thank you so much!

Amazing stay as usual!

It's been the 6th time we stayed at that condo and it's always an amazing stay. The unit is clean, with everything amenities you need in the kitchen and the bathroom and even stuff for the beach (towels, chairs, bodyboard, etc). The unit it's so big so it's great for a family. The view at the ocean is amazing and if you're lucky enough, you can see a launch from Kennedy Space Center. There are a lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee place, all at walkable distance. There is a surf rental place (they also give lesson), as well as bikes rental. à You can't go wrong with this condo - it's the best in Cocoa Beach! Thanks for having us! :)

Family Vacation

Overall, our stay was nice. Check-in instructions could be a bit clearer. It would have been nice if the property manager would have contacted us to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything during our stay. For the cost of our stay the cleanliness was a little disappointing, especially the floors. Having a mop on the property would have been great instead of using paper towels to clean-up spills. Also, there wasn't an ironing board, an iron but not an ironing board. The checkout "to-do-list" was a lot that I felt the cleaning crew should be responsible for most of that after the guest checks out. However, we were able to view a space launch which made the trip more enjoyable.

This is a great family place to stay! We enjoyed the amenities, the large space of the unit, and the great views! We watched 2 rocket launches from our balcony. The host is excellent and was very easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay.

Beautiful views from a great beachfront location. Wrap around balcony was great for sunrise. Streaming TV's throughout the condo, and the Jacuzzi tub was nice after a day at the beach. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Family room furniture could use some attention but served our purpose.
