About this property

Guest House 1Bedroom Sleeps 4

  • The Guest House is a newly renovated building that was once an art studio. It has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All of the appliances are new including a French door refrigerator with ice-maker. It has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and storage. The living room has an electric fireplace. There is a new central air conditioner. Linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances are provided. The private outside yard has a patio and barbeque grill. There is a separate building that has beach chairs, bikes, a cooler and a wagon to pull to the beach. It is less than a block to the beach and there is a free parking lot at the end of the street should you choose to drive.
