We are only 3/4 of a mile from downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and all kinds of things to keep you busy. In the kitchen you will find custom cabinets, quartz countertops, newer appliances and high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring that extends throughout the condo. All doors, door frames and baseboards were replaced throughout the condo. The primary bathroom was gutted and re-done, complete with a bidet toilet seat and LED vanity mirror and the 2nd bathroom got a major facelift. This condo has it all! Living room, and both bedrooms have new furniture. The living room is finished with soft colors, a leather reclining sofa and chair, and a 70" Samsung TV. The dining room has a large table and new chairs. You can gaze out the hurricane impact slider door or sit on the patio and see the beautiful ocean, just beyond the board walk. You won't hear noise at the pool or around the complex since we have new hurricane impact windows that are nearly soundproof! The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Plastic or glass? Whatever your preference, we have plenty of dishes and serving items in the organized kitchen. With the programmable coffee maker and a Keurig, you can have your coffee waiting for you in the morning, then go out and sit on the patio and listen to the surf. There is a full-size, nearly new, Samsung washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoined with the kitchen and a window that looks out to a small courtyard. You can keep the front door open all day and let the sun shine through the storm door at the front entrance. The primary bedroom has high end furniture and a new, extremely comfortable king size bed. There is another flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy sleeping on luxurious bamboo sheets. Look out the large window to see the beautiful grounds and pool, and a nice view of the ocean. You will have no trouble storing your items and clothing in the organized closet full of hangers and shelving for all your necessities. The on-suite primary bath has high-end finishes including Carrara marble tile and a 36 inch Pottery Barn style vanity. The second bedroom is finished in a tropical flair with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and another flat screen TV. There is a large closet with plenty of hangers and an iron and ironing board in case you need to refresh your clothes. Step into the hallway to access the second, updated bathroom. There are beach and bath towels galore, extra sheets, blankets and most every linen you could possibly need. We have 4 beach chairs, a cabana to sit under and several beach bags and coolers so there is no need to drag all that stuff from home. Plenty of beach toys too! Walk out to the patio where you will find comfortable PVC high-top seating and table to enjoy watching the ocean and all its beauty. There is also a twin cot with a memory foam mattress and a Pack N' Play in case you need an extra bed or need to separate your children. You will also find an infant tub and high chair. The condo is equipped with cable, and wifi. I know our guests want all the comforts of home and that's what you will find here! Although we live 40 miles closer to Clearwater Beach the drive time to Cocoa Beach was only 20 minutes longer. We will be back after September. ##### Robert V. Start to finish .... Jan was fabulous! The space was beautiful and the cleanest and most comfortable place we've ever stayed. Just a few steps from the beach and the pool was literally out our door. The beds (and sheets) .... even the kids commented on how comfy they were. Fully stocked for our stay from appliances to beach chairs and toys. In the days leading up to our reservation Jan was extremely flexible. Luckily, the storm remained offshore and we were able to visit as planned. The condo is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Everything you need is here - pool gear, stocked kitchen, and even some pantry items. There is a grill area outside and a Publix down the street in case you want to cook your meals at home. Great restaurants in the neighborhood in case you want to eat out. The condo location is perfect - the pool and lots of grassy areas are right outside the patio door, making it perfect for kids to play within view. I would definitively recommend this condo for families wanting a relaxing beach get away. ##### Diane W. It’s a first floor unit that overlooks the pool and beach. Love that you are literally steps away from the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. It has been updated with top notch finishes. Furniture and beds look new and are very comfortable, not your typical condo where people typically throw their outdated or unused furniture. When we were looking at various units in the area one of the things we wanted was to be able to enjoy and take full advantage of the beach. The hosts Jan and Byron thought of everything. There were 4 beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella, beach towels, insulated cups, and coolers. We watched a night time SpaceX launch from the condo boardwalk that leads out to the beach which was really amazing to see. They have a full size washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to throw in a few loads of clothes and not have to worry about doing a ton of laundry when we returned home from our trip. If we return to the Cocoa beach area we would definitely book this condo again. ##### Karen B. We have a son with autism and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. This was a beautifully decorated condo that looked out at the pool. Since it was on the ground floor my children could just walk out and swim while I sat on the patio and enjoyed a meal with my husband as we watched. The beach was just a couple minutes walk from the condo! The beds were comfy. The house was stocked with toys and chairs for the beach. All the upgrades to the place was a major benefit that made this feel like a real treat! The beach was not overly crowded and there was less of a party vibe and more of a family atmosphere! There was a TV in the living room and both bedrooms which was great for the kids. Also, having two bathrooms was a major score! We had great communication with the owner and felt heartbroken to learn this will be her last year to rent the condo. This vacation was so fun and relaxing to makes me want to find a way to move here!! This is the best condo at the Spanish Main in my opinion and the owner could not be more accommodating! My one down side was the parking. Most of the time we had to park away from the room behind the garages. ##### Jennifer M. The access to the pool and beach is right outside the back slider. The unit is well equipped with beach supplies, towels, kitchen items and most items you may need. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. The kitchen is beautiful and appliances are modern and very convenient. Unit is close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Also the ground floor is nice to not have to go up and down stairs. View is nice. Unit is sunny and very comfortable. My only complaint was that there is construction going on and it was very noisy around the pool most days. The diesel smell from the lift was off putting. I was not aware of this ahead of time. Also the maintenance staff was very rude. They will through away your items if left by the pool even for 5 mins. ( my daughter was still present however). They also spray the pool deck and chairs at inconvenient times. Parking is an issue and probably due to the construction on the south side of the building. Additional parking is available in the grass out front of the unit. Overall I would recommend this host and unit highly. ##### AILEEN E. The amenities provided were excellent and made it easy to settle in and make ourselves comfortable. There was enough space for everyone, including the baby. The owner was easy to get a hold of and was thorough in providing everything we would need to have a good stay. The immediate private beach access and view made for an unforgettable experience!
