Our family had a great time at this property. The location is awesome, access to the beach is as good as it gets. There is a pool with extended hours. Our condo had a great balcony view that made a great way to start/end the day!! Owner Anthony was proactive and providing details and responsive to our needs. Watched two rocket launches. Played pickleball on tennis court. Shopping and restaurants were close. Enjoyed pool and beach. Condo supplied with most everything you could need. Loved the decor! Trash chute was out of order during our stay; wish we had gloves as dumpster was very smelly. Master bedroom huge; attached bathroom big enough for one person, however guest bath much larger. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The owner was very nice and helpful. Our view was amazing as we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Area was great with shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Owner is great and goes above and beyond to make sure stay goes perfectly. The kitchen had what we needed although we did not do much cooking at the condo. We loved the beautiful direct ocean view from this unit. It was clean and well kept. Proximity to the area attractions and things to do was perfect; very central to what we wanted. Beach chairs and boogie boards available and made our beach time very convenient. Highly recommend! The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic, and we spent countless hours enjoying it—morning, afternoon, and evening. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax and take in the beauty around us.The condo is well-furnished, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The reclining sofas were such a treat and added to the cozy atmosphere. The host was very responsive to our questions before we came and during our stay. The location is close to restaurants and major attractions are a short car ride away (Space Center, Historic Cocoa Village, Melbourne…to name a few. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway! ##### Roanne K. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and a perfect spot to see the sunrise. The condo has everything you need and is very clean and spacious. It was an added bonus having beach towels, chairs and sand toys too! The area around the condo is clean and safe and my kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We got to see two rocket launches within 24 hours from the balcony. It was obviously hot being in July but the AC did well to keep us cool inside.
