This ground-floor unit is centrally located in famous Cocoa Beach near shopping, nightlife, and attractions, making this the perfect vacation for you and your family.

Bookings for January - March are monthly from the 1st to the last day of the month. Parking: no trailers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles.
Please shake off or rinse the sand at the complex's beach entrance. There is a water spout and shower at the entrance. Please hang wet towels.
We accept one small dog under 20 lb. A pet fee of $100/2-week stay or $150/month is required. A lost key or parking permit costs $100.
