Beautiful 1st floor completely renovated condo at The Diplomat. End unit with private beach access. This is a quiet, safe oceanfront community with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, all new stainless-steel appliances including full size washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Kitchen comes fully equipped (including air fryer in oven) coffee pots, toaster, etc. Walk in shower, cable, internet, beach chairs, towels, linens, everything you need to have a wonderful beach experience. Amenities include heated pool (winter), shuffleboard, grilling/picnic area, tennis court and clubhouse. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, pier, Ron Jon's. Convenient to local attractions and airports. Beautiful rocket launches you can see from our beach!

Renovated, clean and well stocked.

Super clean and looks newly renovated. This was the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Cleaning stuff, soap, TP, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, bath towels, extra linens, blankets, etc. We loved this place!

This was the second time that we stayed here. Absolutely beautiful condo. The beach is right there, they have a pool and other amenities. Host is such a sweet lady. Can’t wait to go back next year

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach, and this charming condo was a perfect home base. The owner Anne really goes out of her way to make sure the property is kept stocked with everything you hope to find. The property was especially clean and well maintained, and she was very easy to communicate with and she kept us well informed with anything we might need to know. It’s also a great value. I highly recommend.

Perfect

The location was our best bet. Beach for the girls, baseball for the boys. We needed comfortable beds and access to the beach without driving...and got both! It was just right for our family of four and the well appointed kitchen kept us from bringing stuff we didn't have room for. We'll be back if it works out!!!

Fantastic fall trip

Ideally located with plenty of amenities. We are repeat renters of this unit. Anne is a fantastic host and is highly attentive to guest needs. Pleasant and professional! As for the unit itself, it’s ideally located between the resort pool and beach. Each are an easy walk. Condo is very well stocked, bed is super comfy and unit contains everything you need to have a fantastic stay. We’ll be back in 2025!

Adorable, well-appointed and convenient to everything

Loved this place. Adorable decor, very comfortable beds and couches with the conveniences you need- beach chairs, cooler and well-equipped kitchen. The complex is convenient to walk to Ron Jons, the beach, bars and restaurants! Owner communication was outstanding! Highly recommended!

Perfect place at Cocoa Beach

This was the nicest condo we have stayed in at this property! It has very recently been totally remodeled..beautifully decorated and completely furnished with everything needed for a stay of any length! The only items needed are clothes and personal toiletry items…EVERYTHING else has been provided by the host!

What a great condo

From the pictures online I could tell it was recently renovated. When we arrived everything was great! It was so nice and the owners seemed to think of everything. The location is between the pool and beach and a lower unit which was great. If i am back in the area, i would gladly stay here again

Summer vacation

Anne was so accommodating with our schedule. The condo was nicely renovated, bright, and clean. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach and back which was great…no loading up and driving anywhere. We loved the private access to the beach (hardly anyone there the entire week!) Loved the stocked kitchen and availability of beach chairs and umbrella! We would definitely stay here again!

Great property-well stocked with anything/everything you could need-felt like home as soon as I opened the door. Spotless! Our stay at this condo could not have been better! It was so clean & bright! It was stocked with whatever you may need! The bed & furniture was very comfortable & Anne is outstanding with any communication! Only steps from the pool & a short walk to the beach, only made it that much better! No surprises! It was as promised!

Everything was just great. Clean and updated. Kitchen was sparkling with lots of utensils. Comfortable beds and lots of hangers for our clothes. Wish there were directions for using the main tv.
