This beautiful coastal, split level unit has 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool and a putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. It is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. The guest service manager, Taylor was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. This cozy place had absolutely everything our family of 5 needed. Our 3 kids stayed in the room with 2 queen beds and me and my partner had the master bedroom with our own bathroom. The kitchen was all stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes, etc. that we needed as we ate 95% of our meals there during our stay. The patio was great to sit on in the mornings (with a view of the pool and ocean!) and in the evenings after the kids went to bed. A couple of morning doves nested some eggs in the flower pot on the patio and we got to see the eggs hatch into 2 chicks during our stay! The closet was stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys that we used every single day. The pool was warm and inviting after a long day at the beach. Natalie was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. Our check in and check out was seamless. We had a nice covered spot to park out vehicle.
