3rd Floor DIRECT Ocean Condo

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo is the perfect spot for your family to be together but have plenty of room to spread out! You will never forget watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee from this wrap around balcony- it is truly break taking! It is located near shopping, restaurants and grocery stores but its off the main road, so its very quiet and peaceful. There are only 9 units in the condo complex, so you won't feel closed in. Don't waste time looking at other condos- you have found the perfect one!

Awesome place and location. Two things keeping this room from being a 5-star location.

1. Floor was dirty and turned the bottom of your socks black 2. Patio doors need replaced as they don't lock.

Great location!

My family and I stayed at this property for Spring Break. Our 4 children are teens ranging from 11-18 and it was great for everyone! Beach was beautiful and we were walking distance to fabulous restaurants and the pier.

Cocoa Beach stay

Our stay in Cocoa beach was wonderful. The condo had everything we could need. Very well organized. Central to shopping, activities and the BEACH. If anything, the pictures from the 3rd floor beach side balcony online don't do justice to the amazing location.
