The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "

"Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave on an early morning excursion at 5:00 am. "

"Nothing fancy, but nothing in this town is. Clean, comfortable room. Service was excellent, although very annoying that front desk called us at 9:20 to tell us breakfast was ending at 10, and we were planning to skip it to sleep in! Two-minute walk to main plaza and street with lots of restaurants. Minimal breakfast buffet. No fridge. Would absolutely stay here again."
