"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for an entire month and absolutely loved the accommodations, location, and owners Jesus and Perdita. They were so gracious and accommodating even bringing us some homemade treats a couple times. The apartment and grounds were clean and well maintained, and the location was close to restaurants, markets, and the beach. "The private pools are a game changer when wanting to relax. Property is incredibly quiet (just out of town proper) and feels like an oasis amidst the jungle. The host (Carlos) was friendly and helpful. The daily shuttle service made it possible to not need a car. The on site restaurant is so good and very friendly (always offered to bring right to our villa). Will certainly come again!"
