"El proceso de checkin y checkout es muy confuso. A traves de la app de expedia no tuve respuesta, sino hasta que hable directo por telefono. Ademas de eso muy amable la recepcionista, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Yo si volveria teniendo en cuenta estos puntos"

"Fantastic views, clean, quaint, good location on Half Moon Bay. I needed good internet to work while I was here, and it was spotty most of the time, which led to frustration. Great place to get away though!"

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"When the add states ¨peace and calm of the jungle¨ and the freeway noise in extremely loud, there is a problem. In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. All day long, it is trucks, buses, vans and motorcycle noise. It never stops. It was advertised ¨access to the Wellness center and the Beach Club¨ but they forgot to mention that it costs 300 pesos a day for the gym and about 1,900 pesos for...

"We stayed for an entire month and absolutely loved the accommodations, location, and owners Jesus and Perdita. They were so gracious and accommodating even bringing us some homemade treats a couple times. The apartment and grounds were clean and well maintained, and the location was close to restaurants, markets, and the beach. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here."

"The private pools are a game changer when wanting to relax. Property is incredibly quiet (just out of town proper) and feels like an oasis amidst the jungle. The host (Carlos) was friendly and helpful. The daily shuttle service made it possible to not need a car. The on site restaurant is so good and very friendly (always offered to bring right to our villa). Will certainly come again!"
"Second time staying at the Hilton Tulum. The staff is great. Daniel took great care of us at the pool and Dani from the entertainment team gave us so fun at the pool. Also had the opportunity to take a spin class in the pool. That was not on my bingo card for 2026 but so much fun.
Food is always a struggle as there was no buffet offered at night, all restaurants require a reservation and the food is not it.
Also there is an increase in wildlife on the property that was not there 4 years ago. That was not my thing as I was on high alert to make sure they were not running up on me while relaxing."
Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay, thought the food and the overall aesthetic of the resort were top-notch. Aiden and Alfred helped us immensely with our day to day reservations, the restaurant staff were all incredibly kind and the nightly entertainment options were wonderful. We would recommend this property to others and agreed that we would consider coming back another time. However we were both very disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the beach/ocean at all and that we were not informed beforehand that the seaweed issue and stench would be so terrible. Had we known, we would’ve stayed somewhere else or booked during a season where the seaweed issue wasn’t so bad. We paid a lot of money to enjoy paradise, and felt that we only got half of the experience of the gorgeous Riviera Maya despite paying full price. 8/10 stars"
"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"
"A beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful, not like the huge resorts further along the coastline. It is quite simple, with a small pool and two small places to eat. The only unfortunate thing was the seaweed, but there is nothing to do about that. They try to clean it up but it is way too much. But the hotel itself is great, we loved our stay!"
"Bar , restaurant next door good food .
Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season
Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast"
