They had very minimal celiac friendly food options and staff was not well trained. We had to order out a bunch. Overall it was not what we thought staying at the Westin would be. "We booked a room here because we were attending a concert at Spotlight 29. Check in was easy and they worked hard to get us a room on the bottom floor as we are seniors. We dropped our bags inside and left for the concert only to find it had been cancelled! We decided to drive back home and sleep in our own bed as we live only and hour and half away. We checked out at the desk and told them what we were doing and that we never used the room, only placed our bag inside. Well guess what! They refunded our money! We were so happy! Thank you motel 6 manager! My only negative is that the area is not the best. A lot of homeless roaming around and upon leaving there were cops arresting someone down the street. There were several motels on this street and it looked about the same. The other motels were twice as expensive. "

"This was hands down the best experience we've ever had in this area. It all kicked off at the front desk and Jeremy was the absolute best at representing the Hyatt brand. He was super professional, friendly, and knew everything about the property, including its history. Just everything you'd expect from a place like this and then some. The room was top-notch! It was huge and spotless. The pools were also great, and there was loads of seating within a few steps of the pool. Overall, our stay was just amazing and we'll definitely be back."
