"This was an amazingly relaxed place to visit. The white horse inn was brilliant.lots of little touches that embellished the visit. Top quality and extremely good value for money. Food was fantastic , the fish pie and stake and ale pie would really have me coming back. Their ales are great and if your a cider drinker they likely have one you'll appreciate. Didn't want to leave. Go and visit a community pub. You'll see one here."

"Don’t be fooled by the exterior, looks like the place could do with a little maintenance/upgrades. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable with a sparkling new bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best part of the stay was the staff, warm, friendly and welcoming as though you are family. Don’t expect to rush your breakfast, one person does it all! Cleans , serves and cooks. She’s worth her weight in gold."

"Really nice hotel staff were friendly . Got in the car park ok as it in the week . Everything is walking distance . We didn’t have breakfast but I walked past and it did look good . Room was clean hairdryer Iron iron board in the room . Tea coffee in room Shower was great didn’t have shampoo conditioner and shower gel just had hair and body wash all in one which I didn’t care anyway I would definitely stay again ."

"Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend"
