Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
Bar and restaurant area were staffed by only person, although he was amazing the staffing was poor. The valet system and employees working it were rude and completely unorganized making the entire process disjointed and terrible.

Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
Gym was big, a lot of nice equipment. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming.
