It was a beautiful hotel. It has its up and it’s Downs. The lobby itself was beautiful the pool and the hot tub was beautiful. The room wasn’t very big. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t take our trash and didn’t maintain our room while we were out. So we basically had trash in our room for 2 days. Beautiful hotel but I’ve stayed in better. Would we go back probably not.

It’s a great place to stay. However the restaurant/bar closes early. Even for a weekend but there’s plenty of places just down the road. There was trash under the bed but other than that it was a clean room.

The staff was good parking was good. The hotel is dated and showed lots of signs of wear, especially in the room. Doors didn’t close right the exit door had to be careful. If you didn’t pull it closed. It wouldn’t lock all the way. It was clean but I found some remnants of prior travelers under the chair.

The hotel was clean, but the toilets don't flush well, the bathtub was clogged with so much hair that it barely drained. The hotel did send someone up to fix it. The doors need some maintenance. The continental breakfast is not free and it's a little over priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice, but needs some work.

The room was not clean upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is cleaned up to look newer but you can tell alot of things were older and needed renovations. The A.C. unit was too loud to use by the last day of our stay.. The location however is great. 4 Minutes from Crocker Park, 8 minutes from the Beach. The location was the biggest plus.

Stay was not terrible but improvements could be made. Room was not stocked with proper bedding for 3 guest (only one blanket in a double bed room and 2 towels), stains on bedding that was available but seemed clean. No fitted sheets on the mattress just top sheets. Staff was friendly.

I would stay again because of the great rate. This hotel is old but still nice enough to stay in. There were some issues with bedding left in the hallway & some guest trash outside the door due to a housekeeper quiting mid-shift. So that was something they couldn't control. As far as our room it was clean. The beds were comfortable & they have some really nice hot water. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants & highway.

My bed didn't have a mattress pad or bottom sheet on it. The staff brought me what I needed, but I had to make the bed myself when all I wanted to do is go to sleep. There was a water bottle cap clearly noted under the dresser that wasnt found or cleaned up from the previous guest. There was hair in the tub. There were never any towels poolside. There was always kids in the hot tub. Staff was pleasant. And beware. NO FREE breakfast. It was $11.99 if you wanted the basic buffet. No blow dryer in the room. Hotel itself was clean.

As we walked in to our room, which was not properly prepared, we had four people staying and only two towels and washcloths and things were available. Continental breakfast in the morning was rather fattening. There wasn’t fresh fruit available? Like strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries something that would make the continental breakfast be as a high standard as the rooms in the hotels are that was the only complaint but all the staff was accommodating and very friendly said good morning. Good afternoon or good evening very well trained.

My 6 night stay, The first thing, walking in to register, the smell of cigarettes and butts everywhere at the entrance. The first room, no TV the AC unit sounded like a worn out washing machine, the furniture was worn out. Room # 2, AC runs like a worn out washing machine, cigarette smell from the next room, Dog barking at 1:30 am next door room , TV on all night, same thing with the furnishings, worn out. Room #3, better , the shower curtain was Pink with mold, Had to turn off the fridge, again, like a worn out washer. AC was better. The pool area was OK, The lobby bar and restaurant were good, staff good. A nice piece of property, good location, just needs some TLC and maybe some renovations.
