Take advantage of the fenced-in backyard for your pup! Be sure to venture out and about to explore Cleveland! Located just a direct 25-minute drive to downtown CLE, and only a short walk to multiple lakefront parks. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, right between the lake and lots of activity! There are 2 steps up into the home. All the rooms, except for bedrooms 2 and 3, are on the first floor. There is no basement. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed that can be transformed to a queen by raising the trundle twin. There is a fenced in backyard, perfect for your pups. Parking in the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. The rental is located on a street that needs a lot of care for. When we pulled up to the house it looked from the outside as unkept with tall weeds greeting you at the front door. Inside it was clean and as advertised. To use the upstairs you need to be very careful. The steps did not feel safe to be coming down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the first floor. So the couch worked for this stay. I had my two dogs for this trip the fenced in backyard was ok but I did pick up some glass and potato chip bags to keep it clean -and safe for them. For where this house is located and what it has to offer itā€™s over priced for me. Iā€™ve stayed in a secluded mountain home for about the same or less.
