"Check in process was a little confusing even with pictures as part of process to make it smoother. Could use a picture of the lid to access the tumbler numbers. The apartment itself was great with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The trash shoot was full when trying to get rid of extra trash before checking out. Others were putting garage in hallways (not a good look walking through the halls)."
