Spanning a space between Euclid and Superior Avenues in downtown Cleveland, the Arcade looks like something straight out of Italy – or maybe New Orleans. The Arcade was built in 1890, partially funded by John D. Rockefeller. It was built to resemble an Italian galleria, and is said to have been one of the first indoor shopping malls in the United States. When you walk inside, it’s all gold touches and intricate railings – and of course the glass skylight that’s more than 300 feet long.
The Arcade is one of the finest in America. Upgrade is happening now.

Five star wonderful staff. Five star mattress and sheets but cigarette burns on the blanket made you question cleanliness.

Staff was good, room bathroom #207 had some mold on wall in upper corners. Impossible to turn on water in shower without standing waters way. Patches on bath walls noticeable. Overpriced, especially valet parking.
