“The Queen's Quarters,” hosted by Byers & Harvey is a thoughtfully designed three-story duplex that offers flexible options for any occasion. This listing includes a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit and a lit rooftop terrace that offers skyline views of the city. There is another half-bath on the top floor that is shared with the building. The ground level and concrete park area is being rented by a local business.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area directly in front the building and an overflow gravel lot located to the left as well. The left door behind the building is the primary access point. We have a system of smartlocks on all entryways, so there's no need to worry about losing keys during your stay! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies that you can contact via phone, email, or direct messaging.
