This spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home features hardwood floors, an original fireplace, and beautiful windows. Relax under a large tree in the front yard. A separate Carriage House shares the yard and driveway. The Space: The Clarksville Cottage is set on a spacious lot with ample room for parking, whether it be an RV or large vehicle. The first thing you will notice beyond the home is a large backyard with a patio and outdoor fire pit, great for entertaining or sunbathing in the Tennessee heat! Set foot inside the front door and experience the comfort of a beautiful redone cottage-style home. To your right will be a spacious living area with a fireplace. To your left is a hallway toward the Master (king) and Queen Bedroom on the first floor (which has a full bath between them). Step further into the house and you can either take a seat at the dining room table (which can fit up to 8 people) or you can head upstairs! Head up the stairs and you will find a room with two-twins that invoke an equestrian theme and a room with a double bed fit for a shepherd. The upstairs is complete with a vanity area. Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: A great neighborhood to make you feel "at home." Enjoy our home nestled on a large lot in a family friendly neighborhood! Getting Around: Located on all GPS devices Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding! We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We do not live on site, but there may be guests at the carriage house in the back of the property who have access to the yard. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated.
