"Location is great, easy to find and get around. Local beach, promenade, grocery stores, restaurants, farmacy, shopping areas all are close by. I arrived by direct bus from FCO($5). Stayed two nights before cruise. Port is within walking distance. This apartment has two bedrooms with shared entrance and kitchen area.One minus: my room didn't have a window. "We had a wonderful experience. Everything was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!"

"What we liked was that it was walking distance to the port to for a cruise, about a 1/2 mile easy walking. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful with our bags. What we didn’t like was the room, even though it was a large room felt like it was institutionalized. There were no pictures on the wall, and there were no amenities in the bathroom, i.e. shampoo, soap for the shower With that said there was some soap for the sink. Overall, it’s a fine place to stay if just spending the night en-route to a cruise."

"Clean property with great staff. Breakfast was good, decent variety. Coffee available and in room. Room was spacious. Only about a 15 minute walk to port area. I suggest shuttle to cruise, not really walkable. Lots of activity (shopping and dining) around. Pick up at airport was without issue. Would stay again."

"The room was clean and furniture was very modern and new. Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast buffet was ok, served from 7am-10am. Free and fast wifi. Only down side was there is no water for guests. You can't even refill your reusable water bottle at the breakfast buffet. There is a sign warning guests that you cannot fill bottles at the buffet. They do sell bottled water in a vending for cheap price of 1€/1Euro, but the water isn't cold enough. You'll need to put in the fridge in your room overnight for cold water. Overall, our stay was good. We choose this hotel because it is very close to the train station and close the cruise ship shuttle #1 bus stop location."

"My hubby and I stayed in this lovely room prior to departing on our cruise, and we had such a wonderful experience! Francesca is an amazing host. She was in contact with me before we even left the States to make sure transportation was arranged from the airport to our hotel in Civitavecchia. Unfortunately, our original transportation plans didn’t work out because our driver was involved in an accident. But let me tell you—Francesca pivoted!!! She made sure we arrived safely and even spoke directly with our new driver to ensure he knew exactly where to take us. When we arrived, Francesca and her lovely daughter warmly welcomed us, gave us a thorough tour, provided us with our keys, and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything. We also had a mishap with our luggage, and once again, Francesca went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness, communication, and willingness to help made such a difference, especially after traveling for more than 10 hours. The location is also very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the pier and not too far from the train station. And my absolute FAVORITE feature??? The giant jacuzzi tub! After 10+ hours of flying, that jacuzzi was EVERYTHING!!! 🙌 I highly recommend Francesca’s place, especially if you’re staying in Civitavecchia before or after a cruise. She truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Would I stay here again? Y-E-S!!! ❤️❤️❤️"
