"The operator did not honor my reservation - changed it less than 18 hours before I arrived - put me in a lesser quality place miles from where I wanted/needed to be - I will be taking the fiasco up with Expedia and the operator - I have travelled extensively and never had an issue with Expedia or other properties booked through them - the worst accommodation experience of my life !!!!"

"Had a wonderful stay. They provided a hot shower, linens, breakfast and coffee. Me and my 6 year old enjoyed it very much. It was clean and quiet. The shared bathroom kind of sat weird with me, but it was kept very clean and fully stocked."
