Upon arriving to my condo, it was very clear that the condo I had chosen and paid for was not correct. There was no king-size bed in the condo which was confirmed as part of the reservation. During the reservation, I had several issues come up that I had to keep dealing with the host. It usually takes the host a long period of time to respond and it’s all through electronic communications. Since I departed, I was promised a 15% refund due to them giving me the wrong condo. I have sent several messages over the last month and nothing has been refunded. My recommendation to all travelers is to stay away from this hotel. I did not want to write this review, but since they cannot respond at all to my messages through Expedia, I have no other choice.
