"We had a really lovely holiday in this quite outstanding cottage on a working farm in Sarn. The ownerRhiann was genuinely friendly, generous and helpful. The cottage was finished to a very high standard and all the fixtures and fittings worked perfectly. The cottage was spotlessly clean - inside and out. Really convenient parking off the road. We're certainly thinking of a return visit and couldn't recommend it highly enough."

"Very well-appointed and comfortable property with stunning views across to the coast. We arrived to find a generous welcome pack, with a good selection of biscuits, milk, tea, coffee, bottled water, doggy treats, plus enough dishwater tablets, bin bags etc for the week. The property has easy access to the beach which is great for dogs. We walked every day, to Criccieth and Porthmadog from the farm and drove further along the peninsula to explore walks from Nefyn and Abersoch. A fantastic week."

"Spacious living area and bed rooms(though more hanging space/ wardrobes in main bedroom would have been welcome). Well equipped clean kitchen, lovely secure garden for younger children. Beach windbreaker and beach toys were an added bonus, as was the proximity to the great beach. Good location, all round an excellent family holiday house. "
